 ALL AMERICAN WINDOW WARRANTYLifetime Non-Prorated Transferrable Warranty All American warrants to you, the original purchaser of All American windows, that under normal use this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as you own or reside in the home in which the windows and patio doors were installed. The details of the warranty are as follows: PVC FRAME AND SASHES - LIFETIME NON-PRORATED TRANSFERRABLE WARRANTY The welded corners will never separate. The PVC extrusions will not CHIP, CRACK, DELAMINATE, PEEL, FADE BLISTER, PIT, or WARP for as long as you live in your home. This warranty is transferrable to the next homeowner. HARDWARE- BALANCES - OTHER MOVING PARTS - LIFETIME NON-PRORATED TRANSFERRABLE WARRANTY All of the hardware (the balances, the tilt latches, the crank mechanisms, the rollers and all other hardware components) is warranted against breaking, cracking, or otherwise failing, for as long as you live in your home. This warranty is transferrable to the next homeowner. INSULATED GLASS - LIFETIME NON-PRORATED TRANSFERRABLE WARRANTY The insulated glass seal will not fail for as long as you live in your home. The insulated glass unit is warranted to be free from material obstruction of vision caused by film formation or dirt collection between the interior glass surfaces under Federal Specification DD-G-451C. The appearance of condensation or frost on the inside surface of the insulated glass does not indicate a defective seal, or an improper installation, or faulty workmanship. This is a direct result of excess moisture in the house. When transferring the warranty, the second property owner will be entitled to a 50% discount on the cost of a new insulated unit, should the original become defective as a result of the above reasons. However, if the insulated glass unit should fail prior to ten years after the original window or door purchase, the replacement unit will be at no charge. Insulated glass with SunBlinds or SunShades between the panes are warranteed for 10 years. SCREEN - LIFETIME NON-PRORATED TRANSFERRABLE WARRANTY The screen frame is warranted against cracking, breaking, warping, or otherwise failing for as long as you live in your home. Fiberglass screen cloth will not tear or rip. If it does, All American will provide new fiberglass screen cloth at not charge, all labor excluded. This warranty is transferrable to the 2nd property owner. ALL AMERICAN SIDING WARRANTYAll Americans' lifetime, non-prorated transferable to lifetime non-prorated limited warranty certifies our commitment to total customer satisfaction offering the best siding warranty in the business. We have total confidence that our siding is completely free of any defects. This warranty certifies that any defective products will be replaced, labor included. It also provides coverage for any possible damage from hail. All American assures that our siding has been specially formulated to hold its color and resist fading over time. With our color protection warranty, we agree to replace any siding panels that fade beyond what is specified in our warranty. This includes the cost of both material and labor. All AMERICAN INSULATION WARRANTYFULLBACK THERMAL SUPPORT SYSTEM All American warrants that the Fullback thermal Support system will maintain its original perm rating of 5.0, will not absorb more than 1% moisture or contribute to water or moisture damage in any way, will maintain its structural integrity and will not deteriorate or break down over time, and that the actual thermal resistance of the product will not vary by more than five percent from the published product "R" -value for the life of your home. If the insulation is determined by sampling and tests to not meet warranty value, All American will replace the insulation at no charge. DOW BUILDING MATERIALS All American warrants that for a period of fifteen years, commencing with the date of manufacture printed on the product, that the insulations actual thermal resistance for all the products will not vary by more than ten percent from its published R-value. If the insulation is determined by sampling and tests to not meet warranty value, All American will replace the insulation at no charge. |
